We had two projects done around the same time - our water heater was replaced and a tree out front was removed, plus a tree in the back was pruned. Redwood's service on the first project was fairly timely, though I didn't hear back about scheduling until the day after I called. Same-day service is not always necessary, but it helps to know ASAP when someone can come in. The tree work was also well-managed once your team was able to reach Emil about the urgency of the work, though that process took months.

Very good and professional. Receive the monthly statement on time every time. The tenant left at end of year, by Feb, they were able to find new tenant. They also did proper credit check in advance, so never had late rental payment. Sometime, they may not be easily reachable but i can understand since they are managing many properties. Highly recommend their service.
