Frank Rivera

Frank Rivera relocated to Sonoma County to attend Sonoma State. Prior to joining Alliance Property Management in 2002, he began his real estate career with another local Sonoma County firm in 1993. He has managed and leased thousands of units throughout Sonoma County. As the owner of Redwood Residential Property Management, Frank is responsible for the daily operations of the management group, maintenance coordination, and supervision, as well as a portfolio of single-family homes and small multi-unit properties.

A licensed agent since 2004, Frank is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the North Coast Rental Housing Association (NCRHA). He considers himself a lifelong learner and is always working to further develop his skills as a property manager and entrepreneur. He finds helping owners rehabilitate properties in order to realize higher rents and better quality tenants the most fulfilling element of being a property manager.

Frank enjoys spending time with his family and large network of friends, attending professional sporting events (Go Raiders!), golf, and boating at Lake Sonoma.

Karina Alcazar

Karina Alcazar started as an Administrative Assistant and with commitment and dedication worked her way into the Accounting Department. She is responsible for the preparation of all monthly and annual operating reports, as well as Accounts Payable within the company. Prior to joining the team at Redwood Residential Property Management, Karina worked for nine years in accounting for another local firm.

Karina enjoys the outdoors and is a true athlete. She is a member of the Empire Runners Club, as well as the Santa Rosa Cycling Club. She enjoys working with Redwood Residential Property Management team because it makes her feel as though she part of an extended family. She finds delight in being able to help clients with any accounting-related questions they may have throughout the process of professional real estate management.

Michael Tavis

Michael Tavis was born and raised in Sonoma County and started his real estate career in 2004 when he managed homeowner associations. He spent a few years managing restaurants and developing strong customer service skills, but after a few years of doing this, he found his way back to the industry he loves.
In 2019 Michael received his RMP designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) which was earned through a combination of property management experience, education and service to the association. As a licensed Broker Associate, Michael is also a member of the national, state and local Realtors Association, in addition to the California Apartment Association (CAA). He is experienced in both selling and buying primary homes and investment properties for his clients. Michael has overseen numerous rental property rehab projects, acting as a project manager, ranging from small painting and flooring jobs to entire home remodels. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing soccer and golf, cooking, BBQ’ing, camping, and working out. On most evenings and weekends he can be found in the backyard, watching a ball game with something on the grill. He is a big time Bay Area sports fan… Giants, Warriors, Niners!

Lorena FisherGraduate of Empire Business School, Santa Rosa in 1998 with an AA degree in Office Administration. Lorena has over 30 years of experience in office administration. From the California State Legislature to North Bay Realtors Association and most recently with Sue Carrell & Associates.

Lorena loves spending time gardening, attending concerts, reading and hiking in the hills and valleys of Sonoma County. Lorena is excited to be joining Redwood Residential PM.
