I am not sure which request this notification is in regards too, as I still have two other request from 2025 that have not been dealt with (Broken Fence and Weed Barrier). Please be more specific with future reviews.
I submitted my (most recent) maintenance request on 3/03/2026 regarding the oven not working. Today is 3/09/2026 and there has not been any work or any phone call made to me from anyone on what is going on.

They are generally ok. I get confused with the accounting and distributions. For instance, this month they distributed $100 more than usual (and what the rental income would support) and I have no idea why. I’ll have to wait until the monthly statement comes out to really know why. I’d like to know the rationale for the distributions and how and why they retain or distribute cash that’s really unrelated to the current income. I’d like more transparency.

Even though I provided my cell number and told them what days I was off work, they emailed my work email to cancel just a few hours before. Too lazy to bother to call or text my phone number even though they knew that I was not at work that day. I drove quite a distance to see the apartment and no one was there.
