I am a renter and have worked with Redwood Property Management for about 3 months. I have found them to be reliable, professional, efficient and friendly. The other day I lost my keys and couldn’t get into my home. RPM got going immediately and stepped up to the plate. Luckily someone found my keys and quickly got them back to me so ultimately I didn’t need further help from RPM to fix the issue.
