All I can say is that you're very fortunate to have such a skilled, patient, resourceful, and sincere technician as Tony. I have total confidence in him that repairs will be done properly. He's proved himself time and time again. What a valuable resource you have !!! When Alysha was here, the interaction with Redwood RPM was very personal. We miss that. It's great working with the Redwood Residential Property Management! They took care of advertisement, finding tenants, cleaning and repairs for tenants to move in. They also take care of any issues that arise. They sent out owners statement every months and listed out in detail any income and expenses. They work very fast in finding tenants and take care of everything!

After renting the last 15yrs, and dealing with a number of owners and rental companies, I couldn’t imagine renting a property other then from Redwood Property Management. I’ve been renting this home going on 3yrs now and have experienced nothing but outstanding service from their entire staff.
